Design and Engineering Department
Our Design and Engineering department is well equipped with Computer Aided Design (CAD) systems and drafting
facilities for accurate and quick preparation of design & execution.
Quality Control Procedure
- Checking all components as per GA, control and power diagram
- Checking all screw points for stability
- Verifying all wiring with drawing of each connection
- Testing Continuity for control and power wiring check as per ferrule
- Verifying the tightness of bus bar
- Proper fxing of bakelite and epoxy sheet used for partition of bus chamber cut-outs
- Proper acrylic sheet shrouding over live part exposure
- Ensuring the provision of partitions
- Checking Phase sequence & Polarity
- Checking of Waviness doors etc
- Checking Adequate minimum required clearance between 2 phases and phase to earth
- Checking & Ensuring Earth continuity / earthing system
- Checking overall paint work, door locking device, door gasket, door hinges, door cut-out holes
- Checking Base angle / channel and I-bolt
- In QC Report Maintain all documents
Packing and Shipping
After Quality control procedure all panels are packed and
handled properly for the shipping. We use special staticresistant bubble wrap and wooden box and ll all the empty
space with rmly packed padding to prevent shifting inside the
box to ensure the products is delivered free and safely at the
site.
